How do you run a program on a remote server using ssh?
For this example we’ll have two servers, one named Johnny and another named Cash. Both are running openssh. Our goal is to have a program on Johnny login to Cash and run a program on Cash. To make the task a little more complex we’ll be using different users on each machine.

Tip! Over the next few weeks look to build up the time of your walking/running program and slowly increase the proportion you are running (again don’t be concerned about the distance).
We all complain about meetings which are a waste of our time and the truth of the matter is that so many are exactly that. We’ve also seen the “corridor” meeting that takes place afterwards where it seems the real decisions are taken, or the agreed decisions are overturned.
You’ll get your chance at some point in your career to run your own meeting - is yours going to go the same way? or will you make sure it’s effective and does the job it is supposed to?

Many people run or jog as a way of exercising and having fun at the same time.
In this light, manufacturers have made special running gear to make running both a healthful and enjoyable exercise.
First on the list of running gear are hydration systems similar to those used by soldiers. A hydration system holds water or energy fluid so that runners can replenish their lost moisture. The bladder, or the part where the water or fluid is stored, is clipped on the belt or strapped at the back. Attached to the bladder is a small hose which ends up in a special nozzle. The runner sips the water through the nozzle, eliminating the need of carrying a water bottle.
